Isola Bella operates a 14 day return policy from point of sale. Please note the item/s must be received back at Isola Bella Childrens Boutique within 14 days. Should we receive the item/s outside of this 14 day period an exchange or store credit will not be issued. In this case we will be happy to return your item back to you however you will be charged postage
You are responsible for the shipping fees to return an item as well as all duties and taxes associated to the shipment. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these standards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also require an E-mail confirmation and in the subject box please write "return". When sending back your merchandise, please write RETURN MERCHANDISE on the outside packaging, in order for you to avoid duty charges.
If you are planning on returning an item, please take a photo of the receipt from the shipping company as proof of return within the 14 days. Email us the photo at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
