- Measure the circumference of the head to determine what size is best for your little one, but in general, 44 cm is great for 3-6 months or so, 46cm for about 6-12 months, size 48cm for 12-18m and size 50cm for 24-36 months or so. Of course every baby is different, so these are just approximations.
